“Integral Yoga is the sole most effective principal in creating health, success, and a fulfilling life. It is by far the most profound gift I have ever given myself. Regular practice of this type of yoga has had the most significant level of change I have ever experienced, it is quite simply… Heaven on Earth” - Howard
“Just a line or two to say Sue and I enjoyed our yoga with you. You added another dimension to what we already knew! Many thanks and we hope to enrol with you again” - Chis & Sue
I have been regularly attending Stephan's yoga classes for over 3 years now. Stephan is an inspirational teacher who is able to share his love of yoga, knowledge and experience with his students. Attending Stephan's yoga class has certainly improved my behaviour! Yoga has helped me to develop a much calmer and more focused approach to life. Thank you, Stephan… - Ty
"The Yoga weekend at Penmellyn in Cornwall proved to be a turning point for me as I quite literally "Woke up again" spiritually. The warmth of the people and the beautiful house provided a wonderful opportunity to learn Yoga, recharge my batteries and eat the most amazing food ever. Thank you everyone for a really beautiful experience." - Paul
"I recently attended the yoga weekend not really
knowing what to expect, but did so having been to Yoga a couple
of times and liked how it made me feel.
The weekend’s experiences
were almost indescribable but I will in as few words as I can,
tell you how it was for me:
Penmellyn is a beautiful House set in a lovely
position on the edged of small village in
The great
thing about the weekend was its relaxed atmosphere and the fact
that we were not under any pressure to attend all of the
sessions. Each session has its individual benefits and I tried
them all! I met some lovely people and would definitely go
again."
Just a quick e-mail to thank you (Stephan) and Jeni for a wonderful weekend (and anyone else who was 'behind the scenes' helping out) My weekend was excellent for relaxing the mind and body and settling the spirit. Meditation at 6.30am followed by an hour and a half of yoga before breakfast was 'interesting'. Who would have thought it could be so much fun! As for the other activities -well- the mind was suitably blown in places. The chanting of mantras over a prolonged period was not something I had done before but its effect on me was of strength, peace and wellbeing. The pranayama sessions were equally envigorating and relaxing and reminded me of the Staurday morning classes you ran last year. It might be interesting in the future to explore other types of breath control exercises. My introduction to vegan cuisine was also painless!! The dishes were tasty, interesting and varied and my pre-conception that veggie food means cheese was suitably shattered!! Jeni is a great cook. Thanks once again. I look forward to the next one............
